Innovative Conceptual Design

We aim to generate bursts of innovative conceptual design solutions and support rapid concept identification and optimisation of multiple design concepts through our experience and the application of advanced engineering and technology.

Virtual Modelling

We capture sketches, notes and writings and convert them into 2 dimensional drawings and 3 dimensional models in popular formats. We have access to advanced Virtual Reality presentation equipment and work closely with leading suppliers of state-of-the-art visualisation software.

IPR Development

Common types of IPR include patent applications, patents, registered designs and trade marks. Menatech Limited has been involved in the filing of several granted patents and collaborates closely with international well respected patent and trademark attorneys in London, England and can assist you at any stage in the IPR process.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)

CFD is a computer simulation method providing detailed knowledge of internal and external fluid flows. We have 20+ years’ experience using these techniques and can identify optimal concept designs and verify the fluid dynamic performance of the proposed concept.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Experimental Investigations

Experimental investigations require the physical manipulation and control of many variables in order to fully understand various relationships. We have 20+ years' experience of designing proof of concept prototypes and performing experimental studies and can assist you in your own investigations.

Mathematical & Computational Modelling

Mathematical & Computational Modelling is required during performance optimisation studies, sizing a new product range, capture of critical methodologies or simply as a tool to understand the more complicated processes. We have gained real experience of using these techniques over many years.

Rapid Prototyping & 3D CNC Machining

Rapid prototyping can quickly fabricate a scale model of a concept physical part or assembly using 3D model data. Conversely, 3D CNC machining involves generating machining data directly from 3D solid models. We have long standing links with several suppliers and can facilitate this stage.

Electro-Mechanical Design

Electro-Mechanical Design integrates electrical and electronic circuits with mechanical systems. We have in-house expertise to help you at this stage and can design electrical and electronics concepts and integrated circuit boards for control systems and interface communications.
